Request deletion
Because your account is tied to Sign in with Apple, the reliable way to remove it is to submit the request form below. We'll verify the request, delete the data associated with your account, and confirm by reply, typically within 30 days.
Your subscription is handled separately by Apple. To stop billing, cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions; deleting your data does not cancel a subscription.
What gets deleted
- Your account and Sign in with Apple identifier.
- Your ritual settings, morning history, and streak data.
- Your subscription identifier and any advertising identifier.
The apps you chose to protect never leave your device in a readable form, so there is nothing on our side to delete there. We may retain limited records where required by law. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
