Delete your data

You can delete your Hamsa account and the data tied to it at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app; if you can't, use the request form below and we'll handle it for you.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If you still have Hamsa installed, this removes your account and associated data immediately:

  1. Open Hamsa on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This signs you out and deletes your account, your session and streak history, and your subscription identifier from our systems. Apple handles your subscription separately — to stop billing, also cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you've already deleted the app, or you signed in with Apple and would rather we do it, submit the form below. We'll verify the request, delete the data associated with your account, and confirm by reply — typically within 30 days.

Use the email tied to your Hamsa account. If you signed in with Apple and used a private relay address, enter that relay address.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and Sign in with Apple identifier.
  • Your session history, daily limits, and streak data.
  • Your subscription identifier and analytics identifier.

The apps you chose to guard never leave your device in a readable form, so there is nothing on our side to delete there. We may retain limited records where required by law. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
